" Rather then Flexi timing if it is fixed timing for the office is would be better because if you are provided to work in Flexi timing people will lose their personal life which is already happening because of the work pressure one goes through in private sectors so if you are given certain fixed timing to work in this way both the things can take place the pressure to complete the work as well as your personal life can be maintained. So it is better to have to fixed timings for office rather than Flexi timing. "

" Flexi timings to complete work can be the best things that anyone can have as we can work whenever we feel like apart from this we can also spend our time with family whenever needed and later we can work at the end of the day what is required by the company is finishing work so it would be great if every company gives a chance to their employees to work at Flexi timings. When we are working on fixed hours we are bounded by the timing and the work too which hinder our family time or need some times. "
