" Value of customer is important but value to customer sis also important lets take it in practical way people start business because they want to earn money and profits too, along with customers too because customers are one of the medium which bring more customers through their words. So one cannot afford to lose customer so it the value of customer no one can miss to earn money so it is value to customer. So both the things are important we cannot prioritise them. "
