Sapient is a marketing and consulting company that provides business, marketing, and technology services to clients. The company operates three divisions, SapientNitro, Sapient Global Markets and Sapient Government Services. On February 5, 2015, Sapient became a fully owned division of French advertising giant Publicis, in a deal valued at $3.7bn (£2.3bn).
On November 17, 2016, SapientNitro was merged with sister agency Razorfish to form SapientRazorfish, which will be co-led by former SapientNitro CEO Alan Wexler and Sapient Consulting CEO Chip Register.
The selection process of the Sapient consists of 3 Rounds. These rounds are as follows:

Note: Sapient Online test is adaptive test, so you cannot go back to your previous answer and each section will have time limit and sectional cut-off, so Candidates should answer their questions more carfully. Total time duration for online test will be 130 Min. For this round candidates should also practice previous AMCAT papers as much as possible.
The pattern of negative marking is quite different from other exams. In aptitude section, 0.25 will be deducted for every unanswered question and In case of technical section, 0.25 will be deducted for every wrong and unanswered question. Overall the level of the sapient online written test will be moderate to difficult. Only the candidates who clear the written exam will qualify for the next round.
Quantitative Aptitude: This section will have Total 25 both Easy & Moderate level questions wherein the Job Aspirants can expect Questions from topics like Percentage, Profit and loss, LCM and HCF, Work and time, Speed and distance, Train problems, Clock and Calendars. Based on Candidate’s experience the questions from these topics mostly find their place in the current Sapient Online Quantitative Aptitude Written Test Section. Total Time allotted for this section is 35 min.
 Logical Reasoning: This section consists of questions based on Blood Relation, coding decoding, seating arrangement, series, Statements and Conclusions, etc.
Technical Aptitude: This section consists coding outputs and error corrections from C, Data Structures, time complexity, sorting algorithms, OOPS concepts etc.
Verbal: This section consists questions from 2 Short Reading Comprehension passages, Synonyms, Antonyms, Paragraph Completion, Sentence Completion and Common Errors. Reading Comprehension Passages are easy to solve and answers can be easily found in the passages.
Negative Marking: NA.
Technical Interview: For most of the candidates this round start with some puzzles (at least 2 or more). From technical side, question will be from resume and C/C++/JAVA, DS, OS, and some basic/standards programs. To crack this round candidates should go through puzzles as much as possible.
HR Interview : This round is particularly to check on your communication, how long you are going to stay with the company, your confidence, also whether you as a person fit in their organization or not. This round includes questions like, Tell us/me about yourself, about your friends and weakness, where do you see yourself in 5 or some years and such more, also, keep in mind that sometimes the HR and Technical rounds may be clubbed together and there may be more than one interviewer, this only means that more question in one round and nothing else for you and just answer with confidence and self-consciousness
