Mphasis selection procedure begins with company pre-placement talk session, In which they cover company profile, package, bond, work culture etc. Mphasis conduct candidates recruitment process every year and its selection procedure comprises of 4 rounds.





The written test organized by AMCAT which consists of 4 sections, It is an adaptive test, in which no questions can be skipped and each one holds equal marks.

Group Discussion: In this section candidates will be divided into the group of max 10, mostly Mphasis Group Discussion topics will be mixed (i.e topic related to social, Creative, Education, sport, Environment ).Sometimes they might ask candidates to suggest some topics. Technical / HR Interview: In this Section, Interviewer Mostly focus on core subject knowledge,  some basic program in C/C++/JAVA, mostly first few questions will be from the resume, about the project. As there is no HR round in Mphasis separately, so in technical round some basic HR question will be asked like Willing to work in shifts? about family etc. And the last question candidates can expect from the interviewer is like  Do you have any question? Versant Test: Candidates who clear Mphasis Technical / HR Round interview, take Mphasis Versant Test ( Communication Test ), Mphasis person will take the candidate to the conference room, He will hand over the phone to candidate along with a Instructions sheet. This test divided into 5 parts:



Part-A (Reading): Read sentences written on the sheet which computer asks.



In this part candidate will be given a paper and there will be around 10 sentences printed in it and the computer will ask you to read the sentence and candidates need to read it.



Part-B (Repeat). Here candidate has to catch ascent.the Ascent will be American.



In this, part computer says one sentence at a time (nearly 10 sentences will be) and candidate needs to repeat the sentence after the beep sound.



Part-C: Make the sentences



In this part, i.e Sentence rearrangement through voice only.Here the computer hears you a scrambled sentence. candidates need to hear it carefully and then rearrange the sentence and say it properly.



           Part-D: One-word reply



In this section, the computer will say a sentence and candidate need to give a one-word reply.



Part-E: Making a story



Computer says a story of around 4-5 lines you have to hear it properly and repeat the story, candidates need to hear it properly and carefully and should repeat the story in given time.



(Trick: Note the keywords in mind and narrate a story with your own using those keywords clear and loud, don't stop in the given time).



Candidates need to score more than 53 marks out of 80 to clear this round i.e Mphasis Versant Test.
