Latest Selection Procedure :: Flipkart
Flipkart (Company) was founded in 2007 by Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal, both alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. They worked for Amazon.com and left to create their new company incorporated in October 2007 as Flipkart Online Services Pvt. Ltd. The first product they sold was the book Leaving Microsoft To Change The World. Flipkart now employs more than 33000 people.
Flipkart selection procedure begins with company pre-placement talk session of max 15 min. Flipkart conduct candidates recruitment process every year and its selection procedure comprise of 4 rounds.

Flipkart written test format includes an Aptitude Test and a Technical Test. The cumulative test duration is 50 minutes, and there are no sectional cutoffs and no negative marking.

Aptitude Test: In this section candidates need to solve 30 questions in 30 minutes. The test has a moderate level of difficulty and no negative marking. The topics covered for this section are Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Time and Distance, Time and work, Venn-diagram, logic & reasoning etc.
Technical Test: This section comprises of 10-15 questions based upon programming concepts and marketing. The time duration for this test is 20 minutes.
Group Discussion: In this section candidate will be divided into a group of 8-10, mostly Flipkart Group Discussion topics will be latest, or they might ask candidates to suggest some topics. Technical interview: In Flipkart Technical round interview question will be logical then theoretical, mostly questions will be from Ds Algorithm and Problem Solving, DBMS, PL/SQL, C/C++/JAVA.
