Latest Selection Procedure :: iGate
iGate is an IT services company, headquartered in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The firm operates in North America, Asia, Europe, Japan and Australia, providing technology consultancy and services. Its revenues in 2014 were over US$1.2 billion, and it has a workforce of over 31,000. The firm has over 70, offices and customer delivery centers in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. On 27 April 2015, Capgemini announced it would be acquiring iGate, the transition would be completed over a phase of 6 months. iGate CEO Ashok Vemuri announced his departure on 6 October 2015.
iGate selection process consists of 3 rounds. These rounds are as follows:
iGate written test has a time limit of maximum 60 minutes where a candidate needs to answer 50 Questions. The written test is divided into 3 Section.

Quantitative Ability: This section comprises of profit and loss, Problem on age, boat & stream, Probability, Permutation and combination, Time and Work etc. Take Q4I an Online Arithmetic Aptitude Test.
Verbal Ability:Â This section comprises of synonyms, antonyms, preposition, fill ups, articles, passages etc.
Reasoning: This section comprises of coding-decoding, number series, syllogisms, puzzles etc.
Technical Interview: This will be one to one interview. In this round questions will be from candidates resume, projects, favorite subject, basic C/C++/JAVA, DBMS, SQL etc. Refer Q4I Technical Interview Q&A section, and get the technical question asked in Capgemini/iGate Technical Round.
HR Interview: This will be one to one interview. Mostly round will be started from “Introduce yourself†followed by hobby, career objectives etc.Refer HR round interview question asked in iGate.
