IBM Selection Procedure and Interview Papers consists of 4 rounds. These rounds are as follows:

- It is not possible to go back to the previous question once it is skipped.
- There is no negative marking but time limit.
- Each question has the time limit of 2 min. 15 sec.
Quantitative Aptitude: This section consists of questions based on Time and Work, Time and Distance, Profit and Loss, ages, Percentages, Probability, Average, Ration & Proportion etc.
Eng. Lang + Grammar (Business Communication): This section will have 22 question OR ( 21 Objective Type and 1 Subjective Question), related to email writing, document, active passive voice (choose/convert them into active or passive), comma, semicolon, business ethical etc. The Subjective question can be "Write the format of a business letter".
• Write a program to print next to the last word of a sentence
• Write a program to remove the vowels from the input string.
• Write a Program to convert uppercase to lower case and vice versa of a given string or sentence
• Write a program to reverse the string
• Write a program to print the desired character from string
Technical Interview: Candidates who get selected from Written Test, will have the Technical round.In this round questions will be from resume, project (Explain your final year project?), candidates core subjects, C/C++/DS/OS/Networking, some general/ situational questions (Have you any problem with relocation?) etc. Be prepared with your core subjects and try to answer most of the technical questions. HR Interview: This round might be clubbed with Technical Round interview, It will be based on personal and educational details of Candidates. The questions will be like Introduce yourself, Why should we hire you? , What do you know about IBM? , Are you ready for relocation? What are the challenges you have faced in your life? and the last question candidates can expect from the interviewer is like Any question for me?
