Ericsson (Telefonaktiebolaget L. M. Ericsson) is a multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. The company offers services, software and infrastructure in information and communications technology (ICT) for telecommunications operators, traditional telecommunications and Internet Protocol (IP) networking equipment, mobile and fixed broadband, operations and business support services, cable television, IPTV, video systems, and an extensive services operation.

Ericsson conduct candidates recruitment process every year and its selection procedure comprise of 4 rounds.

2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview

Ericsson written test conduct by Cocubes, which has a time limit of maximum 45 minutes where a candidate needs to answer 45 questions.The written test is divided into 3 Section.

Sectional Cut-off: There is no negative marking for the wrong answers, however there is sectional cut-off.

Quantitative Ability: This consists of questions based on the major topics Permutations & Combinations, HCF & LCM, Problems on Ages, Percentage, Profit & Loss, Ratio & Proportion, Partnership, Interest (SI,CI), Speed and Time, Probability, Data Interpretation (Bar Graph/Line graph/Pie chart.

Reasoning Ability: This consists of questions based on the major topics Series, Coding and Decoding, Statement argument, Blood relation, Direction sense, Seating arrangement etc.

Verbal Ability: This section consists of questions based on the major topics Synonyms, Antonyms, Reading Comprehension, Spotting Errors, Article preposition, Ordering of Sentences etc.

Group Discussion: In this section candidate will be divided into a group of max10, mostly Ericsson Group Discussion topics will be from social, General, Creative and Environment topic, or they might ask candidates to suggest some topics. Candidates need to take this round serious because it will be elimination round. GD qualified candidates will face Technical and HR round, most of the time these two rounds will be combined.
